cheery, merry, and berries
Let me just say that when I drink a cocktail, I tend to like it pretty stiff. Not straight liquor, but also no foo-foo drinks for me. This holiday cocktail is like a festive twist on a classic negroni. It incorporates gin, vermouth, and Campari, with a little juicy splash of cranberry and some fresh lime juice for citrus. A bunch of ice and a splash of sparkling water give it some cheery bubbles. (If you’re super wild, you can top it with a splash of Prosecco instead–just now this won’t be a weak little drink!) Finish your cocktail off with a sprig of fresh rosemary, and I promise your holiday will be merry and bright.

⟶ recipe notes
- Make this big batch! Triple this recipe, and instead of the cocktail shaker, place all ingredients in a large pitcher filled about ¾ of the way with ice. Give it a few stirs before serving
⟶ modifications
- To make this less alcoholic, remove the Campari and vermouth, and double the amounts of cranberry juice and lime juice. Adjust the sweetness and potency by adding more or less sparkling water
